Not only did I recently have Apartment Therapy visit me for a house tour recently but we also created a video home tour together too. It was a fabulous day as due to Covid restrictions the producer had to direct me via zoom on my laptop whilst I took all the shots for her. She was in Barcelona and here I was in little old Devon. Not only was it amazing fun but extremely informative too. I learned so many new video and photography skills. Any way, without further ado here’s the tour along with my thoughts on home design and how thinking of it from a sensory perspective brings a feeling of wellbeing into our homes. God knows what going on with my bra/t shirt combo on the cover shot, or for that matter throughout the whole video 🙂

It was well out of my comfort zone I can tell you but I’m so glad I did it. It just goes to show that we should all say yes a little more. Except for when we should also be saying no a bit more.
